Refund policy

We want you to love it. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or defective items: ceramic can be fragile in transit. If your night light arrives broken or doesn’t work, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. No need to send the broken one back.

Changed your mind: you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change of mind returns. Once we receive the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Changes and cancellations: please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel.
